Through one-on-one sessions, guided meditations, writings, and teachings, I offer support that is not about fixing the other or chasing outcomes, but about understanding the energetic patterns at play — and returning to your own centre.
This is the work of awakening as I understand it: learning to stay with yourself as intensity rises, until clarity replaces confusion and awareness becomes embodied.

For over a decade, I’ve been supporting people through periods of deep inner and relational transformation — particularly when connection becomes intense, destabilising, or life-altering.
My work is rooted in embodiment: the capacity to stay present in the body, grounded in inner authority, and truthful within yourself when strong emotions, longing, or relational activation arise.
Twin Soul Alchemy emerged from lived experience, long-term practice, and years of working with others navigating profound connection. I don’t offer fixes or promises, but grounded guidance, conscious inquiry, and embodied tools that support integration, self-mastery, and inner coherence.
I work with people who feel the call to live connection consciously — not by losing themselves in it, but by allowing it to deepen their relationship with themselves.
